CRETEL FISH SKINNERS
Model 360F
- With a blunt stripping beam made from stainless steel for skinning of whole flatfish such as: sole, brill, dab, winter flounder, lemon sole, plaice, greenland halibut, turbot and skate; furthermore fillets of lesser spotted dogfish, herring, cod, saithe, whiting, silver hake, pollack, stockfish, angler, mackerel, red bream, grey gunard, trout etc.
