Overview

PSS SCH smoke chambers are devices designed for the food industry and meat processing operations and their main task is to be involved in the manufacturing of heat-processed meat and other food products. These devices greatly simplify the work mainly in meat production plants because they allow the heat treatment of smoked products in one complete production cycle, including reddening, drying, smoking and cooking. The PSS SCH thus significantly contribute to the production of high-quality final products.
Smoke chamber trucks, evenly filled with meat products, which are ready to undertake the processing, are pushed into the smoke chamber PSS SCH.

There is a smooth transition of steam, smoke and air mixture through individual trucks in the chamber. By the process, the PSS SCH ensure the steady flow and temperature distribution throughout the internal space of the chamber and subsequent achievement of increased quality of processed products.
The smoke generator is the part of the PSS SCH as well as the misting system, which provides a humidity adjustment in the smoke chamber. The cleaning system ensures the perfect internal space cleaning. The PSS SCH is possible to manufacture according to customer requirements and needs and in left or right design of door opening.

Control

The PSS SCH smoke chambers are controlled by the microprocessor control system, in which it is possible to set the required program. The system allows to store up to 99 programs, each program can contain 20 steps. The individual chamber parts can be optimally regulated by the PSS SCH control system.

Safety and manipulation

The PSS SCH meet all the EU as well as the US regulations. The individual moving parts and heaters are covered and supplied with safety components, so any personnel injuries and mutual damage of individual chamber parts are prevented.

Hygiene and sanitation

The PSS SCH smoke chambers are manufactured from the stainless steel AISI 304 and all external and internal surfaces, which come into contact with a product, are polished. The perfect sealing and rounded surfaces prevent the bacteria growth and allow the uncomplicated and fast sanitation.techdrawings
