Overview

PSS SMV are designed for food industry operations for fast and quality mixing of any product type. PSS SMV ensure soft and gentle mixing of products of any structure, where the avoiding of air is a condition for the product processing, by application of a vacuum system. The mixers achieve the best mixing times thanks to their modern design. The product is loaded into the PSS SMV hopper that is consequently closed by a vacuum lid.

The product is mixed up by maximally overlapping paddles in almost square, two- level hopper. The rotating paddles move the product to every direction while there is no squeezing or squashing of product. The result is a final product with an excellent consistency. PSS SMV are characterized by fast emptying and minimal product remnant what cause a reduction of any unsolicited contamination.

Control

PSS SMV is controlled from PSS CCP – Central Control Panel – with an option of changing its position. The coloured touchscreen enables settings of required programmes and procedure steps. The paddles speeds, mixing and emptying times are elective. With the optional cooling system of N2 or CO2 cooling is adjustable together with impulses and intervals.

Safety and manipulation

PSS SMV meets the EU as well as the US standards. All electronic and moving parts are placed inside the mixers and covered. With the optional cooling system, the N2 or CO2 connections are placed behind covers what ensures the safety of the operating personnel.

Hygiene and sanitation

PSS SMV is manufactured from stainless steel AISI 304 and all external and internal surfaces that come into contact with product, are polished. The perfect sealing and the hygienic design prevent the bacteria growth and enable an easy sanitation.

PSS Cooling system (N2 or CO2)

PSS SMV can be additionally supplied with a cooling system of top N2 injection and a cooling system of top or bottom CO2 injection. The cooling system significantly extends the product lifetime and reduces the growth of bacteria. The required crystallization is achieved and the product retains the correct shape during further processing.

Vacuum system

PSS SMV are supplied with PSS V vacuum system, which leads to the elimination of air bubbles in the product during mixing and to achieving of homogeneous structure. By application of the vacuum system, PSS SMV contribute to the preparation of quality final products.
